This Agreement is executed online between AHS – Advocates & Legal Consultants (the ‘Firm’) on the one hand, and you on the other hand. By accessing the Site or purchasing any services through the Site you clearly accept and agree to these terms and conditions contained hereunder. By purchasing any service through the Site, you are entering into a legal contract with us on these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please immediately stop using the Site and do not purchase any service through the Site.
In the ‘Useful Articles’ section of this website, we have provided free legal articles and other resources to provide up-do-date and useful information about different topics of your interest. QUOTATION BASED SERVICES:
All legal and non-legal services provided through this site are quotations based (and are not fixed-priced) and shall be provided only after we receive the quoted fee. Once you send us details about the facts and circumstances of your matter and the service you require, we will review your particular case and will send you through email a quotation and invoice for our services. If you accept the fee rate, payment terms and other details contained in the invoice, you should proceed to send us the invoice amount through any of the payment methods mentioned on this site in the ‘How to Pay Us’ section or in the email we send you. If you do not agree with the quoted fee or any other terms, please ignore our email and invoice. Once a service is paid, you will have no right to cancel the service and your payment will therefore be non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP:
The Firm is the exclusive owner of this Site, its URL www.pakistanjurist.com, and all materials and text displayed on the Site. All copyright, database rights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Site and its content, documents, data, design, text, images, graphics, layout, functioning, software and source code are reserved and protected according to the Pakistani and international laws. We ensure that the personal information of our clients is stored securely and we will not provide your personal information to any third parties, except to one or more referral lawyers in order to provide the services under this Agreement. By agreeing to this Policy, clients are consenting to the following: (a) We or persons acting on our behalf must store, host, transfer and otherwise process client information in order to provide services under this Agreement. Clients hereby explicitly consent to us handling their personal information. We shall do our best to ensure that all persons employed by us also take adequate security measures in relation to client information; (b) Some of the personal information provided by the client might include sensitive information, including matter relating to client’s religious beliefs, financial details, sexual preferences, union or other memberships, political beliefs or affiliations and similar matters. Client explicitly consents to the processing and/or handling by us and/or any person employed by us of all sensitive information supplied by client.
Private communications between our clients and our lawyers through the Site, email, telephone or other means are confidential. Access to this information is restricted to our lawyers and para-legal staff only. For security reasons, we may delete after 60 days of its use personal client data. We encourage our clients not to share to third parties identifications, passwords or reference numbers we have provided them.
To prevent unauthorized access to clients personal information and bad use, alteration or removal of data received from clients, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online, including SSL security for credit card submissions. To protect the security of the information clients give us when they order online, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts information so that no unauthorized person will be able to decode it. SSL establishes a secure connection between your computer and our computers, and that connection remains secure until you complete or cancel an order. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect personal information of the clients, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information clients transmit to us, or to or from our online services. Clients transmit all such information at their own risk. However, we make our best effort to ensure security of data on our systems.
Any personal information collected about clients or users of the Site will not be sold or transferred to third parties without the express consent of those clients or users at the time the information is solicited. We however may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or to protect our rights or property. However, transfer of data is necessary in credit card operations and banking transactions. Payment information is obtained only for billing the client and is not shared with anyone outside the Firm, except the merchant bank or other organization for the processing of credit card orders. In order to provide services to the clients through the Site, it is necessary for us to share clients personal information with the bank. No one inside the Firm can access the clients credit card data.
We may provide to third parties statistics about number of visits, average time spent or page views of the Site, but they will not include any personal information that identifies clients.

To the extent that the Site contains links to outside services, sites and resources, we do not control the availability and content of those outside services, sites and resources. Your use of the Site and its contents will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore in respect of any legal disputes relating to this Agreement.

If these terms, conditions, and provisions are not acceptable to you in entirety, you must immediately terminate your use of this Site.
